All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. No order processing or shipping occurs on weekends or holidays.


All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS on business days only. Ground shipping is complimentary on orders over $100. You can select another shipping method at checkout to ensure a desired delivery date. 

Order Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received.  As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the UPS tracking #. You can track your order through the email link or login on to our website. 

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is applied to only orders shipped within Connecticut.

Returns &  Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand that sizing and fit can vary, therefore we accept returns or exchanges within 7 business days from receipt of your item.  Please notify before shipping your return or exchange and kindly allow 48 hours for a response. A complimentary return shipping label will be emailed. Returns and exchanges should be unworn with original tags and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned or exchanged item. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Exchanges are subject to new shipping fees if under $100.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. We will accept exchanges given availability, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the item is returned and inspected, the original form of payment will be refunded. In the meantime, the new item chosen for exchange should be purchased as a new order.

Special Note
Our inventory is unique and one-of-a-kind therefore quantities are limited. All items are handmade and made to order so slight variations in color and material are possible. For exchanges, if the requested item is not available, you will be given store credit instead, and will receive an email confirmation.
